"Great little stay with family and friends. I was apprehensive before travelling due to some reviews but fears were laid to rest early. I'll start with the reviews from others. The noise from the night club. Our room eas located right above the front of the club (room 4144) and could we hear it..yes! Did it stop me, my wife or 9 and 4 year old from sleeping no. The only occasion I feel this would be a problem is if you kept your patio doors open on an evening. Next, breakfast time. Was it busy whereby people were queuing for food and there was a shortage of cups/ glasses. Yes, which was mildly frustrating but a lot of the queues were for rhe fresh eggs/ omelettes being made or for coffees. However in a hotel that size it is fully expected especially during peak times of 8:30-10:30am. We normally went for breakfast around 7:30/ 8am and it was alot quieter! Onto the rest. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much to ask from checking in, room cleaning, table service to checking out. The food in the pool side restaurant was well priced (we only did bed and breakfast) and whilst the alcohol and soft drinks were pricier than bars on the promenade, it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. The animation staff and activities for kids were brilliant and was a welcome restbite for parents during the day. The evening entertainment was mixed. Some were good others were so so. Overall a solid hotel that is currently modernising and renovating the rooms. Will be back! "

"The property is a beautiful place to stay but the room i stayed was outdated and the tv chanels are in arabic except 1 chanel in french. The swimming pool and jacuzzi waters are very cold. I attempted to swim but the water was so cold making not enjoyable swimming. "

"Good hotel in a nice, modern part of town with plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Staff are friendly and helpful and there's a nice pool you can use around the corner. WiFi was strong"

"We had such an enjoyable family stay. Animation team friendly and welcoming. All staff friendly. Facilities fantastic. Clean rooms. Cleaned everyday. Entertaining for the children. Great evening entertainment. Location great. Cross over the road to a lovely beach promenade. Easy walk to shops/cafes. Croc park great day out. Nice breakfast food choices. We didn’t want to come home. Not so good- "

"Other than the Policy that bared me from having my cousin stay with me because he is a National and I was born in the U.S. The hotel was wonderful. I came from America to visit my family. My family lives about 2 hours away so i wanted a place to sleep before I go. This was perfect. A lot of security, very close to the beach. A bar, a restaurant. The rooms are beautiful. "

"I traveled with a group of friends, and we had an amazing time! From the moment we landed, everything was smooth and well-organized. Our driver picked us up promptly from the airport, and when we arrived at the hotel, the staff greeted us warmly with big smiles. They gave us a quick introduction about our stay, what to expect, and even helped us exchange our foreign currency. The rooms were standard and had air conditioning, which was perfect for the warm weather. Breakfast was alright, but what truly made our stay special was the incredible staff. They were always friendly, happy to help, and even taught me a few phrases in the local language! It was such a wonderful experience, and I’d love to visit again!"

"The overall stay was very good. We reuested to have the room changed as it was not clean and dirty and had a smell to it as its not been cleaned, also gave us twin beds when we requested for a double. The new room was a massive improvement and met our needs."
