This was the perfect home to get-away from a busy schedule. Spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful view of the cove sitting on the back porch. A perfect get-away.

Cody cottage on the lake
The house was very lovely. Two bedrooms and each had it's own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked for making meals. There was a General Dollar store 5 minutes away for anything you needed. A great place to get away for a weekend or a while.

Such a nice place!! Great host!! Great deck, and if you have dogs, they have an awesome fenced in backyard. It's close to everything on Grand Lake. We loved staying here!

From start to finish, this priory and owners were amazing! Close to all the water activities on Grand Lake, food and bars by boat and great fishing! The swim dock was a huge plus and so relaxing and the neighbors were great!

This was the 2nd time staying at this location, and again, it did not disappoint. It’s a great location about 10-15 minutes away from the dock we used and is very easy to get to. Looking forward to future visits.

Great Stay With Our Boat and Beloved Pet
Enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice, updated, and clean. Loved the location, back porch, dock for our boat, and that I could bring my Corgi. He enjoyed his first time on our boat! The only issue that we had was when we arrived the Utility Trash Can was FULL by the Road. So, we had no where to place our kitchen trash over our 4 day stay. We hope to come back to stay soon. Thank you!

We loved the cabin it was clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was peaceful and gave my family and I a chance to slow down and refresh and reconnect. We got to watch the wild life and we where going to try and fish just kept raining, but the whole weekend was fantastic!!

Absolutely gorgeous inside and out.
Clean and comfortable with many things stocked already. The view was beautiful and serene in the back with a big deck and lake to look at. Beds comfy, nice appliances, just overall a great experience!

Nice and cozy inside.
This is a cute 2 bedroom ranch. Nicely decorated and perfect for 4 people. The deck was great for morning coffee or evening cocktail. The location is on a small cove off of the lake, so no lake view, but a view of the cove instead.

Love the interior updates. They make the house feel fresh, clean, and new. Beds and sheets were fresh and new. Loved being able to tie up my boat up to the dock! We’ll be back!
