"Do not book this place - Specialy if a family with kids. Apartment was dirty. Blankets not washed. Mattresses with dirty spots. Old building with no insulation which allows you to hear everything the neighbours are doing. The furnitures is old and some of it broken. TV is missing the power cable. No wifi unless you pay. "Great location if you have a car (probably a 5 to 10 min walk up hill from the very centre of Canillo - which is a grest place but has very limited parking and mostly needs paying for) but also has pool and ice skating rink. "The apartment was spacious and was easily accessible with a lift . Close to the centre and all shops and restaurants Parking was a problem and I had 2 parking fines for parking in the wrong area.. "This was our first visit to Andorra and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very spacious with 4 bedrooms, a large living room, and kitchen. It's also in a great location--only a hundred feet or so from the main shopping avenue. "Great hotel/resort. Pet friendly (we stay with our dog) and staff was really helpful too. Breakfast was good too.. Rooms does not have A/C. On the other hand, you have the Church Clock that bangs every hour 24/7 so you can hear in the night as well. I think the owner of the hotel should talk with the Church to avoid the sounds at least at night. Normal price for what you get."
