We have stayed here 4 times in the last 2 years as we travel to Adelaide frequently on business. Booked the accommodation 3 months ago. 3 weeks prior to arrival we were informed that the reservation was cancelled because of a double booking issue. Not buying it. Don’t count on these people, if they have family/friends who need accommodation, they will leave you hanging as they did with us.

Birdsong and incredible natural light
This apartment is lovely, beautifully furnished, and has all the comforts of home. We appreciated the host's consideration in making sure the AC was on before our arrival during a heatwave. We also greatly appreciated that milk, cereal, and coffee were in the kitchen! The location is super-convenient to a CBD bus route. We loved hearing all the birdsongs and seeing the magestic gum trees in the neighborhood. The unit also provides a very safe and protected location for your car. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here on our travels from Sydney to Perth. We wanted a spot to call ‘home’ for a few days after daily hopping from town to town over the previous two weeks - to have room to unpack, spread out & relax. This was perfect. Beautifully furnished self contained, 1 bedroom unit. VERY comfy King Bed. Lots of great kitchen staples supplied to tide us over for first night or so - milk, butter, cereal, coffee machine with pods, tea, sugar, oil, salad dressing, jam…. Amazing! - & we were very grateful to be able to use some of these. The washing machine was great to catch up with our travel washing. There was an outside clothes line & a portable clothes airer that we used on the back verandah as we were coming back late at night. A smart tv in lounge & another one in bedroom plus a very comfy couch made this a relaxing break for us. 2 seperate outdoor areas, a lawned area & an undercover car park were also much utilised & added to the homely feeling. We found the location sensational - close for access as we came in from the east ( took us only 10-15 mins in built up area to get there!), close to Adelaide Hills, close to Adelaide CBD. Also is a lovely, safe suburb. One review said it was on a busy road…(??) it is on a main road which made it good for access but we didn’t notice any real traffic noise - & we live on a farm, so we do notice traffic noise! We highly recommend this accommodation. Will definitely stay here on any future trips.

Bright and beautiful!
A lovely bright and well presented property with loads of natural light and open space. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay in Guy's property. We were between properties as we were moving house, and it was a lovely retreat to come to in between packing and unpacking boxes. We happily recommend Guy's place as a nice and quiet place to stay.

Comfortable and well maintained with great outdoor space, both large balcony and patio with outdoor setting. Perfect for good weather. Such a delight to deal with a real person who was responsive and thoughtful. Two surprises, there’s a bit of traffic noise and there’s a great restaurant 2 blocks away. Best pizza I’ve ever had makes up for a few cars!
