In the heart of Norwood, this beautiful 1910 Villa, mixes charm & contemporary living.
Discover an expansive space at the rear of the home with open plan living, dining & kitchen.
The space is light filled, with a north facing rear.
Practical kitchen with ample benchspace.
Four bedrooms, master with WIR.
Bathroom with double vanity.
Laundry with second toilet.
Large grassed yard with outdoor dining.
Off street parking for a small car/ample street parking with permit available.

Amazing location, in the heart of Norwood. Walk to restaurants, pubs and cafes on the Parade & in Kent Town.
Walk to Norwood Oval.
Walk to the city/East End, or hire an electric scooter for some fun.

Amazing Property - Exceeded Expectations!This property is even better than described in the listing. Upon arrival, we were greeted with thoughtful basics like bread, milk, eggs, wine, and coffee pods, which were greatly appreciated. Communication with Jessica was spot on. The house was super clean and very comfortable, and the location was amazing, allowing us to walk into the city and to the Norwood Parade. We will definitely book this house again for our next family visit to Adelaide.
