This beautiful, modern and roomy townhouse has everything you need for the best family holiday in Adelaide, providing a cheerful atmosphere and all the amenities for a hassle-free stay.

Located on a dead-end street in North Adelaide, this home will be ideal for your group, with three bedrooms, free secure parking, extra kids' amenities and a private courtyard for relaxing or playing. Close to plenty of parks, playgrounds and attractions - there's something for everyone nearby!
If you're looking for a central yet quiet and safe location, this gorgeous townhouse will be your home away from home in beautiful North Adelaide!

This bright and modern 2-level home is ideally planned for comfort, with a ducted aircon system throughout. Downstairs you'll find an airy living space where everyone can have fun; cuddle up on the L-shaped sofa and watch the smart TV, while the kids enjoy their own mini table, chairs and toys. For family meals or hosting, you have a 6-person dining table or the private courtyard complete with outdoor seating.

A fantastic kitchen is fully-equipped to cater to all your cooking needs, complete with all appliances including a huge fridge, oven, gas hob & coffee machine.

Upstairs are three wonderful bedrooms, all with hotel-quality linen and practical storage. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and a private balcony. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds, respectively, along with storage options. A generously sized shower and tub, as well as a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries, are in the main bathroom.

Downstairs is a laundry that provides a front load washer, iron and ironing board, as well as a second bathroom with a toilet and shower; a dryer is located in the garage. We're happy to provide baby essentials such as a cot, high chair, toys, cutlery and dishes; though you will need to bring your own sheets for the cot. The secure garage is fit for one medium car, we do not provide a remote (unfortunately we have had too many not returned) however there is a button on the garage wall that will open the door automatically. Parking clearance is 2.60m W x 4.6m L x 2.10m H and there is no room for a second vehicle.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Well equipped
We have previously stayed in other North Adelaide rentals. This one is conveniently located near the heart of Melbourne St yet very quiet. In this corner the airport flight path is not disturbing, something you cannot say for most of this suburb. An easy and pleasant walk to the City. Colley’s nest is really well equipped all round. It was winter when we were there and our only reservation was that it was a bit rather draughty in the living room: you could see daylight round the front door.
