COVE STUDIO1- A perfect mix of comfort and convenience

The coastal suburb of Hallett Cove sits south of Brighton and Seacliff roughly 35 minutes’ drive from the Adelaide CBD. The area is famed as a geological wonderland, home to the Hallett Cove Conservation Park, one of Australia’s most renowned archaeological sites. More than 1,700 Aboriginal artefacts have been found here. Follow the walking paths along the boardwalk or head out on a paddleboard to get a different view of the cliffs. Stock up on essentials on Hallett Cove Shopping Centre and cool off at Hallett Cove Beach.

An entire studio apartment all to yourself. This fully furnished apartment has been beautifully built to ensure comfortable and inviting space.
The newly built studio is just off the scenic Perry Barr road in Hallett Cove.
It is a well equipped open plan living place with queen bed, kitchen, snuggle , 3 piece dining table and laundry facilities.
Kitchen is equipped with cooking range, microwave, toaster, kettle, bench top air fryer, coffee machine, fridge and Puratap for filtered water. Plenty of powerpoints for charging devices.

A private courtyard with guest BBQ and outdoor dining facilities.

There is a private entrance to the Studio at street level with a smart lock for convenient check in/check out access. Enough street parking available with no hassle.

From start to finish our time at Studio 1 was warm, homely, and above all, truly divine. Every detail was impeccable, every aspect brillaint, leaving the experience to be a perfect blend of cozy and holiday. This is the kind of place that has you saying to yourself “maybe I need to get myself a place like this” because you truly don’t want to leave and can instantly see yourself making this place your home. Even though I live in Adelaide, I can tell you that I will definitely be coming back, just so I can experience this little slice of heaven once more. Thank you so much to our hosts and the brilliant stay that you gave us. From the lovely welcome note, to the bottle of Shiraz, heck even all the way to that incredibly comfy swivel couch (which I’m going to have to ask about the brand and make of that because I NEEEEED it in my life) you made our holiday sublime. Thank you for everything. If anyone else is reading this, go with this one. It’s perfect. Its perfection is also currently shining since my partner and I have currently stayed at another place followed by a hotel and neither has even come close to Studio 1. Thank you again

Cosy, comfortable clean in beautiful location.
We loved our stay at Hallet Cove. Perfectly located to southern beaches, vinyards and airport... The studio was tastefully decked out and very well appointed.. loved Natasha's thoughtful birthday greeting gift and real coffee machine.👍(not pods).. Full kitchen facilities etc. Nice and close to a variety of eateries for dine in or out. Cute little sunny private decked and grassed courtyard for morning yoga and coffee😍 Great value for the price. 🙏 Lovely weekend getaway.
