Villa panoramic view full south, very quiet area

spacious villa of good standing. 140 m² living space on 500 m² of garden, with exceptional view at 250 ° sea and mountain. It is located in an exceptionally quiet residential urbanization secured by surveillance cameras, at the end of a dead end street. Completely isolated from the neighbors without direct opposite. You will have very large terraces facing south, with the sun all day and a wide sea view, overlooking the islands of La Gomera, El Hierro to the west and the Teide (3800m) to the east. The sun will warm you from sunrise to sunset and you will enjoy the huge pool of 75 m² (secured by child barriers) with a beautiful staircase to access interior and lighthouse, in the center of a large terrace. The long pergolas gives you shaded areas for the outdoor living room, and the dining area with barbecue.
Inside: large living room: with living room and open kitchen, TV Smart TV 55 inches, wi-fi with fiber, the kitchen is fully equipped with: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine coffee maker , .... and all the necessary. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one en suite with bath and toilet, the other with shower and toilet.
The city center of Callao with all shops: bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, ATMs, many bars and restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, dentists ... buses & taxis, and its beach are only 7 minutes walk.
CallaoSalvaje "(small wild pebble") is a typical quiet Spanish village, outside but nevertheless close to the great tourist flow of the island and its attractions (15/20 'by car or bus, from Las Americas / Los Christianos; various centers recreation, port serving all other islands). The village is peaceful, it is not recommended for younger generations who wish a festive and hectic holiday; in Callao there are no night establishments, it is necessary to go to Las Américas.
On each side you can enjoy a relatively flat walk along the sea for several kilometers.
Callao is located on the sunniest southwest coast of the island; the North receives more clouds and rain, in the East the winds are dominant and often strong! From the highway 5 minutes, you are 1:30 from any destination: 1:15 Santa Cruz the capital - 1 hour to go hiking on the slopes of Teide one of the highest peaks in Europe (3800m). 1 hour to visit the typical villages of the North of the island.
Tenerife South Airport is 25 minutes.

Wonderful week in Tenerife
We have just returned from a fantastic week at this villa. The property is very spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need and the location is great for local shops and restaurants in Callao Salvaje. But the best facility of the Villa is the wonderful pool and we certainly made the most of it!! So much bigger than you’d usually find with such a property and so well maintained. It’s been a great week with excursions like Siam Park and go karting and scuba diving to keep us busy, along with many a lazy hour spent poolside. Weather has been perfect too. Thanks to Claudine and Fabienne for great communication

What an amazing villa - would highly recommend!
As a family we’ve stayed in various villas and cottages etc and this has been the best. Everything that you could possibly need was present. Everything worked and everything was excellent. The pool was especially good and we enjoyed many hours of fun in it. Location was also excellent very peaceful and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Simply wonderful place to stay would highly recommend!

Fantastic villa
We had a wonderful stay. The villa is stunning with fantastic views. The pool is huge, much bigger than the photos. All photos in the listing don't do it justice. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Fabienne was very patient with us given our later than expected arrival. Only downside was the lack of aircon albeit there are electric fans to counter the heat. Many thanks.

What a view!
Great villa, amazing pool, it’s really big! Lovely relaxing areas outside and well equipped inside with fabulous living/kitchen area - no complaints whatsoever ever, it was home from home for a glorious week. Owner and property manager were very friendly and responsive, we didn’t have any problems but I’m sure they would sort asap if we did. Location was just brilliant, brilliant walks and wonderful beaches it was truly ideal. Thank you.

Beautiful Villa
We ha e just returned from a week stay at this Villa, and it was such a beautiful place to stay. The pictures online, dont do it justice, and we were so glad to have picked this property. Its sitauated in a quiet area, which suited us perfectly. The owner was able so quickly sort out one small ssue that arose, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Thank you, we loved the place.

Absolutely fantastic everything was perfect
We had the most amazing time at the villa we couldn't want for anything more .we were met by Fabienne who was lovely and very helpful the villa was clean and had every item you could ever need there was plenty of towels and seating and the beds were very comfortable. Our teenage kids loved the pool we took some Floatie ring things with us and they spent most of their time just in the pool. Down the hill there are a good few restaurants we only ate at a couple as we loved to use the BBQ most nights . The beach was cute one day extremely rough and the red flags were up but on a calm day it's swimmable and the little bar above does great cocktails. We hired a car from autoriesen they were friendly and efficient we can grumble at all about that we went off to Siam park which was about 15 min drive away we got there at 8.45 and the lines had started but we had a great day. Everything about this villa is ideal and I really hope we get to return one day .

Beautiful villa
We loved our week in Villa Panoramic. The pool is a really good size and a lovely temperature. There is plenty of space both inside and out and it’s in a lovely peaceful location. We mostly barbecued but there is a selection of restaurants and bars within 5 minute walk. We hired a car so we’re able to drive to the local supermarket but there were good size, well stocked shops nearby. Can’t really fault it if you want a quiet, relaxing holiday (although also only 15-20 mins drive to Siam Park/ Los Cristianos etc) and we’d definitely stay there again.

Lovely villa. And everything we needed. Great quiet location.
The villa was amazing great outside area and pool. Lovely quiet area but it was a little to quiet for us. Literally one or two bars and a few restaurants and one supermarket. Only 20 minutes away in a taxi to los christianos and americas if you want to go somewhere more lively.

Excellent communication. Fabienne waited for our delayed flight, communicated throughout at our request and was punctual when we left. The short walk to restaurants was great, especially the fish restaurant by the beach .

What a beautiful villa!
We had a lovely holiday, enjoying the massive pool, not overlooked by neighbours and such a quiet location. The bed was a little hard for our liking but these are personal tastes of course. I would live to book there again.

The villa is in the perfect location in a very quite area all very safe and peaceful. From start to finish the communication with the hosts were excellent. The pool is large and warm, the kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. Nothing was too much trouble help was there if needed. A villa holiday worked out cheaper for us family 5. The cost of hotel/apartment stay would of required alot more cost to eat/drink out, we just made our own meals and had lovely drinks on evenings sat overlooking the massive pool. We will be looking to stay again in the future. Thank you.

Huge pool!
This villa is in a great location if you want to be in a quiet residential area that is very close to the shops and restaurants of Callao Salvaje. The villa provides good accommodation, with a great outdoor seating/eating./bbq area which overlooks the best feature of the property, which is the enormous pool. In addition to the pool, our two teenage boys really appreciated the very fast WiFi and full UK tv service. All amenities are within a 5-10 min walk, although it is downhill all the way there and uphill all the way back! You can't park directly outside of the villa (apart from loading/unloading), but there is plenty of parking within a 2 min walk. In summary, this is a great villa that is ideally suited to families of all ages.

Nous sommes restés à la villa pendant notre séjour à Tenerife et on ne peut dire assez à quel point on a aimé la place! :) La villa est vraiment belle, la piscine est fantastique (très privée, grande, et super belle tant dans la journée que dans la nuit). The villa provides you with all you might need to have a great vacation on Tenerife: location and nice neighborhood, good restaurants nearby or a fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook at home, nice rooms with a door to the patio and the pool. The communication with both Claudine and Fabienne was great (quick, timely, information provided was well detailed and with a lot of understanding of your needs :)) Would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone! Fabulous villa in a quiet location
I stayed at Easter 2022 with my husband and two daughters (7 &8). The villa was perfect for our needs - well equipped with lots of space. The kids enjoyed the large, heated pool and we adults were grateful for the comfortable sunloungers! There was a new, well appointed kitchen, comfy beds and two bathrooms with good showers and lots of hot water. The development is quiet, safe and a quick walk to the shops and restaurants of Callao Salvaje. We’d happily stay here again when we come to Tenerife.
