KARAT Villa Neveda:
The house is perfectly designed with an open concept that transitions seamlessly from inside to outside. Entire glass walls open up to welcome the vibrant colors of your surroundings inside. This villa has generous internal living space centered around an open concept great room with the lounge, kitchen and dining area.

The exterior spaces are divided between the ground floor and the first floor. Refreshing open and heated pool, large table for your lunches or dinners in company, modern barbecue and well-kept garden with comfortable hammocks on the ground floor. The first floor terrace will be your refuge during the magical sunsets and starry nights of the island.

The double rooms have exterior access and are furnished with large beds for a perfect rest. The bathrooms, with separate bathtub and shower, have the same natural light that accompanies the entire room.

Karat Villa Neveda Caleta is located in a very quiet area, well connected to the airport and close to the Plaza del Duque Shopping Center or the delicious promenade with all its gastronomic offer at your disposal.
