Fabulous residence with private pool in the south of Tenerife

Villa Augustas is the perfect place for a large family, where everyone will find a place of their own.

Our modern villa is equipped with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and is designed to comfortably accommodate 12 guests, but can also accommodate 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, or 6-8 guests in 4 bedrooms. In the center of the house there is a living room and a kitchen with everything you need, there are also two smaller living rooms with kitchens in the more secluded parts of the house. The courtyard has a dining area with barbecue and a swimming pool with sun loungers. On the terrace of the house there is a jacuzzi and a fully equiped separate area where you can meet the sunset while enjoying dinner.

Villa Augustas is located in a quiet and peaceful area, away from the tourist centre, but only 7 minutes drive from one of the best beaches in the south of Tenerife, Playa Fañabé, and 5 minutes from the large shopping centre Siam Mall with shops and cafes.

Absolutely Stunning Villa
This is a fantastic property with a great team running the operation. The villa is located fairly high up which offers great views and although the hill seems daunting, we had no problems heading down with both a wheelchair and a pram. Highly recommended.
