Beautiful villa for 6 people, Wifi, private heated pool, beach at 9 min by car

Enjoy your holidays in our private Villa surrounded by a very large garden and a large pool.

The house is a two-storey villa. On the upper floor there is: a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, American coffee machine, blender and juicer), a very cozy living room, two dining rooms, one in the kitchen and another in the kitchen. the terrace (located right next to the kitchen) and a toilet.

On the lower floor there are: 3 bedrooms, 1 with two 90cm beds, 1 with a 160x200cm bed and 1 with two separate 110cm beds. One of the bedrooms has a full private bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a shower cabin.

From the lower floor you can directly access the garden where the pool of 7.5m x 3.5m. The pool is provided with a heated electric cover. The heating system of the pool is switched on from October to June and works automatically from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is also possible to put it into operation 24 hours a day with an additional charge of 10 euros per day. The heating of the pool can be put into operation also in the summer, 10 euros per day, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and for 15 euros per day 24 h.

The nearest beach to the house is located only 9 minutes by car. The nearest supermarket is only 4 minutes by car and the nearest golf course only 7/8 minutes by car.

the chalet is equipped with:

- Wifi ADSL;
- Towels, towels for the pool and sheets;
- Television with Spanish, English, German and French channels;
- Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric and gas heaters, hair dryer.

The staircase that connects the upper floor with the lower floor includes a very useful gate for the little ones (the gate can be placed on both floors).

the chalet includes all the necessary appliances for your vacation.

The maintenance service of the pool and the garden is done once a week.

What a loverly villa and what a view
Road a little narrow to villa a few things need adding like plastic drinking glasses for pool erear more cutlery and pool not so cold but owner very quick to respond and helpfull

Gorgeous private Villa with epic sunsets
Stayed here with my partner and 70 year old parents in January. Was the perfect space to relax and watch the sunsets after exploring the island during the day. The house is super clean and Ale the owner is quick to respond if any questions. We will defo visit again in the future

Superb Villa
Just returned from a week's stay at this superb villa. Quiet, peaceful location with stunning views over the island and the sea beyond. The villa was spotless and had everything needed for a family holiday. The garden and pool were extremely well looked after. Alessandro is a friendly and communicative owner who was committed to ensuring we had an enjoyable visit. First rate all round!

Beautiful villa in quite area
The villa was perfect for us and was even better than the photographs. It was very clean and well equipped. The owner was very responsive when contacted. Although the pool was heated it was still quite cool and maybe need to pay for the pump to be on at night in the winter months. Would thoroughly recommend this villa and will definitely book it again when we return to Tenerife.

Lovely quiet villa
Overall this was a good property but it may not suit everyone. Positives: clean, bright, well equipped, comfortable beds, good showers, private parking, quiet, fabulous outside. Less good: stairs down to bedrooms feel very steep at the top; more seating in lounge if more than 2 people; if you are not confident driving then the last 1/4 mile is a narrow and winding road.

Wonderful villa with idyllic views
We have just returned from a week staying in this beautiful villa. It was immaculately clean with one of the loveliest pool areas I've ever encountered. Stunning views from the pool and balcony. The kitchen was really well-equipped with an induction hob. It's quiet, peaceful and feels very secure with electric gates. We hired an automatic car which was a great help manoeuvring up the very steep hills to get to the property. We were very sad to leave today, and definitely hope to visit again!

We are a family of 5 and this villa suited our needs perfectly. We arrived late at night so couldn't see how lovely the location is until the morning. It is beautifully peaceful (just what we wanted) so it's not the place if you're looking to be on rhe beach or amongst the bars and restaurants...you'll need to drive everywhere. The villa is very clean and kitchen kitted out well for a holiday. We did lots of bbqs enjoying the view. The garden area and pool is lovely. Alessandro is a great host and his team are also very good. Pool cleaned and checked twice during week. I can't think of any negatives providing you are looking for a quiet getaway and are happy to drive to the beaches etc. If you have small children I would be wary of marble staircase but there is a stairgate at the top. We would totally recommend this villa! P.s. there is a very convenient Lidl at the bottom of the hill!

This property ticked just about everything on our wish list
Two of us stayed at this property for the first week in February. The villa is immaculate and well equipped. The outside space is wonderful, two terraces on the upper level as well as the garden but our favourite spot was on the sofas by the pool. The pool was excellent, the automatic electric heater cover which we used religiously, kept the water almost warm...a rare treat for holidays out of season! The garden is lovely, landscaped with beautiful foliage and wonderful view of the sea, we had sunsets most evenings. The drive up to the villa from Adeje is a bit challenging with hairpin bends and a few blind corners. However, it is well worth it for the gloriously quiet, private and peaceful setting. We had a couple of issues due to very high winds on one night but they were sorted immediately...thank you Claudio! We would certainly like to stay there again next time we visit Tenerife.

Beautiful house with incredible views
We wanted to have a relaxed holiday with 2 couples (28 to 32 years) in a nice holiday home, that we don't always have to go away, but can also relax "at home". We did have a rental car for the full 12 days and also made excursions, but the best moments we actually had in the house and on the property. We enjoyed the late afternoons the most, when you could see not only La Gomera but also El Hierro and La Palma to the side from the lounge by the pool on a clear day. In the evenings, we cooked or barbecued ourselves every evening - unlike we had planned, simply because it was so nice - and ate either on the large kitchen balcony or, when it was windier, at the seating area by the barbecue. There is not much to say about the house except: 5 stars in all categories! A small example for the communication with the owner: We had noticed at the beginning that the two outdoor lamps on the balcony were broken, so we had written to the owner and directly the next noon he came by, looked at it and more than kindly apologised for interrupting our meal and then also fixed it himself. All 4 of us have rarely experienced such a direct "it will be taken care of" before, so we would like to emphasise that in particular. For us it was an absolutely relaxing and wonderful holiday and we definitely plan to return to this house again. :-)

Amazing house but……
We stayed here two years ago and loved it so much we came back again. The day before we arrived we were warned a a wall was being built between the property and the adjoining one (also owned by the same company). We had the first day and a half to enjoy the property as we remembered if from 2 years earlier -amazing. After that we had building next door from 0800-1600 daily. This main issue this caused us was builders in our garden, and also constantly at the wall facing into our garden meaning we lost our privacy. We did not feel comfortable using the pool until after they had gone each day, nor did we feel comfortable using most of the Garden, as we never knew when a face would appear above the wall. It looks to us like a house is being built between the two existing houses so I imagine the noise and lack of privacy will not just be limited to our week there. It is such a shame as it really spoilt our enjoyment of the week, and had we known in advance we would have looked for an alternative property personally (it may not bother some people but it definitely bothered us). I did flag it up at the time to the owner, but the lack of privacy continued, even after the wall was erected as the men were pouring concrete into the dividing supports/ onto the top etc all of which meant facing into the garden.

Schöner Urlaub in Adeje
Wer den Tourismusrummel an der Costa Adeje nicht mag und es lieber ruhiger und einen tollen Sonnenuntergang über La Gomera mag, ist hier genau richtig. Auto ist aber unabdingbar. dafür kurze Wege zum Wandern, zum Meer, zum Einkaufen und zum Flughafen. Einfach ein perfekter Ort.

Good villa
We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the Villa. We were a group of six adults and one child. Villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and communication between us and the owner was perfect. The location is up the mountain and you will need a car to get around. The pool and views are superb. We barbecued every night and my only advice for the Villa is to maybe get another light for the barbecue to see what you are cooking when the sun sets and get better drinking glasses. I would definitely recommend this Villa for families or friends.

Wir haben die knapp 2 Wochen sehr genossen. Die Villa ist groß, geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von der Einrichtung her und Küchenzubehör haben wir nichts vermisst. Der Pool ist toll, uns standen mehrere schöne Sitzecken zum Essen und Verweilen zur Verfügung und die Sonnenuntergänge waren fantastisch. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Besitzer war sehr freundlich, jederzeit kontaktierbar und gleichzeitig angenehm zurückhaltend. Wir freuen uns, dass wir die Möglichkeit hatten in dieser schönen Villa Urlaub zu machen und können das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Everything was perfect - Alles war perfekt
We had two amazing weeks at Alessandro‘s house. There is everything you need and if you have any questions or problems, Alessandro always responds really fast or is just a few minutes away to help you. If you want to visit Tenerife, stay at this house. You won’t regret it. Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in Alessandro‘s Haus. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und wenn man Fragen oder Probleme hat, antwortet Alessandro sehr schnell, bzw. ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt um zu helfen. Wer Teneriffa besuchen möchte, sollte in diesem Haus übernachten. Ihr werdet es nicht bereuen.

Tolle Aussicht in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus war für uns perfekt. Ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht auf Meer und La Gomera. Sauber, alles Nötige vorhanden. Schöner beheizter Pool. 15 Autominuten zum nächsten Strand. 5 Autominuten zum nächsten Supermarkt. Einziger Mangel (kaputter Toaster) wurde auf unsere Bitte von Alessandro ausgetauscht. Gerne wieder.

Vacances comme on les aime.
Très agréable maison. Le patio à côté de la piscine est très confortable, et agréable, quel plaisir de s’y reposer pour lire pendant que les enfants jouent dans la piscine, qui est chauffée, un vrai régal. Situation au calme, avec une belle vue. Situation parfaite pour partir à la découverte de l’île en voiture. On a été faire de la rando tous les jours.

Een prima verblijf gehad in deze mooie rustig gelegen villa. Incheck verliep zeer vlot via sleutelbox. De opgegeven uitleg en foto's klopten volledig. Alles was zeer proper, zwembad lekker warm, goede bedden, mooie tuin met verschillende zit en relax mogelijkheden.
