I was driving up the steep hill just out of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to visit the Christian churches at the top. There were many women bowed over by their heavy loads of sticks going down to sell their wood. One of the many reminders of how tough life can be for many women around the world. #ontheroad

I could not get her to understand that I should have had a reservation. I got woken up at 5:30 am and again at 6:30 am to be told the shuttle was leaving for the airport. ..."
