"We stayed in one of four Shepherd Huts. Breakfast provided in the mornings. Mary makes homemade sourdough bread every morning, which left hubby in heaven! His fave bread. We've never had better. The bathroom and bathing facilities are great. There is a swing from a tree that we enjoyed as well as tramping through their woods, and maze, and trails. The location was ideal to so many places. The owner is lovely and was quick to resolve any issues. Unfortunately the house itself seems to be the only part of the property that has been renovated and what will be a lovely fairy garden, replete with waterfalls, was marred by construction rubbish. "These cottages are actually 3 bedroom houses with a great enclosed garden to the rear. Disabled access to the downstairs bathroom and bedroom and two big bedrooms upstairs. "Friendly couple own this property. I was dropped off by the cabby at the wrong location, Googlemaps coordinates are incorrect for 'Large Family Home', and Mary was kind enough to pick me up. If you seek the experience of living an authentic country Irish life in Oylegate, this is the site for you. Public transportation just down the road will take you to Wexford, Dublin, and all the communities between on the N/M11 I believe."

"The house was ideal for our family 4 adults and 4 children the garden give the children plenty of space to play various they'd brought the beaches were easy to reach a few minutes in the car or for the more energetic 10 to 15 mins stroll. The villages near by Kilmuckridge and Blackwater ideal for shopping with friendly bars and resteraunt. Was an ideal location for exploring county's wexford and Wicklow we went to Blackwater and KIA ora open farms which the kids loved."

"We stayed here for two nights and couldn't fault a single thing. The staff were all so friendly, and the food was delicious (as were the pints). The park close by and the beautiful river walk were unmatched and the facilities provided by the hotel were amazing. Everything was taken care of and it's a great base to explore from. We used to leisure centre and were really happy with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff and the facilities were great too. Honestly for the price, this is an amazing hotel and we were all sad to leave it. The rooms are spacious and the beds super comfortable. And the staff again were always happy to help, and we're easily approachable and friendly. 100/100"
