"We stayed at the hotel for a short getaway. The property was clean and well organized concerning the COVID situation. Unfortunately the restaurant was mediocre at best and we had no hot water for almost half of our stay. "

"Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Jetzt kommt das aber. Im Haus fehlten zwei Rauchmelder, ein Lüftungsgitter am Kühlschrank und eine Badewanne war beschädigt. Da wir länger bleiben wollten war eine Aufbuchung unkompliziert. Beim Check out sagte man ich möchte bitte die Kurtaxe bezahlen, obwohl die bereits beim Check in bezahlt wurde. Auch sagte man mir das der ausgeliehene Grill noch offen sei. Auch dies stimmte nicht. Denn der Grill wurde bezahlt und die Kaution zurück...

"Als Familie ist es ein toller Ort, um ein paar entspannte Tage zu verbringen. Allerdings ist man wirklich auf ein Auto angewiesen, denn im nahen Ortskern gibt es außer ein paar, bei uns leider geschlossenen Geschäften nichts nennenswertes. Außerhalb der Saison ist es außerdem schwierig, Aktivitäten im näheren Umkreis zu finden. Da hilft natürlich das inkludierte Schwimmbad, das allerdings auch oft zu gut besucht ist. "THe hotel and grounds are amazing, the best spa I have been too - the outdoor pool at night was the highlight. The guy playing the piano in the bar was also a nice touch. "

"Perfect for staying by the Inselsee for a couple of days. Beautiful location by the lake. Maybe better to come with a car, but 15 min walk there are occasional buses to train station also. Bike rental nearby. Service superb and friendly. Nice buffet breakfast. With such bargain price really worth to go for. "

"A very loud fire alarm went off at 4am and went on for quite a while. I was already running on the stairs when it stopped. Goodbye sleep. The following morning I was expecting some apologies but no. When I mentioned it, the guy at the reception very cheerfully said "Oh, that. Yes, there was no fire, it was just a coffee machine. But so we know that the alarm works!" Which is Mecklenburg-Vorpommern idea of sense of humour, maybe."

"This is a unique property since it is located in a small village. We wanted a more authentic experience and that is what we got - the property is visited by local clientele on a daily basis since it has a restaurant and brewery. We traveled with my parents and stayed in a family apartment. One room had 2 king-sized beds (no closets). The other room was smaller with a set of bunk beds and an en suite (no closets). "My email concerning how to check-in arrived after my check-out, so my check-in was confusing. The room was really good. Breakfast was, due to Corona, a paperback to be eaten in my room, with bread, ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, and a cup of coffee. Under the circumstances really good."
