"The staff are excellent, front desk Prakash and Suvenda, front door and security Birajit and Bibhash and another one we did not get his name. They go above and beyond to help/ assist us with directions, late check out, transportation around and to Bengalore Airport."

"I stayed more than 10 days. Stay was excellent with all comforts. Staff was very cordial and greets you with smile and folded hands. Restaurant food was excellent and the staff was very helpful. Mr. Ilavarasan Ms Kalenuo and Imsen Restaurant staff make permanent memories in my mind. "

"Front desk was very fast in check in. Vidyuth was very helpful in making the necessary arrangements. Ensured all luggages were sent to hotel rooms while we left for shopping as it was not check in time yet. It was completely hassel free which saved alot of time. Breakfast was filled with variety and wirh live kitchen serving hot food. Nearby Iskon temple and shopping area. Very convinient. Overall very satisfied. "

"This is the second time that I have stayed at this property! I would give them a 5 star rating, however, I reserve my highest rating for very exceptional properties! The staff here are very friendly and responsive. The food is well prepared and the variety is great! The rooms are very clean and well maintained. I did have a small issue which was promptly addressed. The hotel should provide the very basics in the room, such as plates and spoons. Guests should t have to ask the front desk to provide dimly amenities like plates and spoons/forks. Overall, a great experience! "
