"施設が古いのは否めませんが、清潔感があり清掃が行き届いていました。スタッフの方は皆落ち着いていて、とても感じの良い対応をしてくださいました。食事はとても美味しく品数が多く満腹になりました。特に朝食はお昼を過ぎてもほとんどお腹がすかないほどでした。出てくるタイミングも良かったと思います。スタッフの方の目配り気配りがすばらしかったです。"

"Yoshikawaya Ryokan was a very awesome experience. Everyone was very accommodating. Dinner had a very different & delicious varieties of foods. Our stay was very memorable. They also offer a shuttle to and from the station."

"Higashiyama onsen is a lovely, narrow canyon on the outskirts of Aizuwakamatsu. The red and blue sightseeing buses stop within 150 yards of the hotel. The onsen baths are not too hot. The food is great. Our room was a regular one and was spacious. All in all it was a very nice place. "

"Had had a great stay in this beautiful hotel. One of our group members had left behind his bag in a remote restaurant prior to his arrival and with the great assistance of the hotel staff, we managed eventually to confirm that the bag had been sent to a police station. The staff, who didn’t speak good English , had been very patient in understanding my Japanese of limited proficiency , and had the matter sorted out to our great satisfaction."

"Great first experience at Mt Inn. Definately the goto spot for anyone into Drifting or Extreme Sports! Just a nice hotel experience in general, were definitely coming back next trip! "

"About 10-15 minutes from Iizaka Onsen station. The hotel is situated uphill & is a traditional construction w/spacious parking area. Check-in is easy & short, & staff is friendly & polite. Our room has mountain view & can hear water running downstream when window open. Quite serene! Our meal plan included breakfast & dinner (half board). "The entire facility was beautiful. Even though the staff spoke very little English, they were extremely helpful and kind to us. The food at the restaurant was also delicious! The staff there were so amazing and walked us through everything. "

"The hotel was good. The room was big enough, and had a bathtub and fridge, and the other usual amenities. I didn't have a meal included, but I did buy one 1400 Yen breakfast buffet, and it was really good. The only 'negative' was the walking distance from the JR station, but that was how I picked it, also because it was cheaper to rent. The nearest grocer wasn't convenient either, even a further walk than the JR station to reach a MaxValu/AEON type store."

"Exceeded expectations. I wish I got the name of the kind woman who helped us check in and talked with us during our stay. We appreciated her help. Loved the Onsen, loved that we could cook our own dinner, the hikes, went for a run. This is one of our favourite places and we would highly recommend. Thank you so much for your excellent service and hospitality. "
