Luxurious Private Studio Get-away w/ Hot Tub, Koi Pond & Fire Pit!

Private studio with a separate entrance, hot tub, beautiful garden with landscape lighting and bamboo, Koi pond, creek, gas grill, and fire pit. Only guests that book the studio will be able to use the backyard, including the hot tub!!

The space can accommodate 2 guests. Located 2-3 minutes off exit 277 on highway 75, 22 minutes from Suntrust Park, 13 minutes to Lake Point Sports Complex, 10 minutes to Lake Allatoona & 30 minutes to Atlanta. There is free street parking for 1 vehicle. Please keep in mind this is the lower level of a house & you may hear footsteps.

Amenities:
•Living room area- sectional sofa, extra heater if needed, flat screen TV, wine glasses & rocks glasses with wine opener & ice bucket, coffee maker with coffee, creamer, sugar & coffee mugs, plastic silverware, cups and plates, individual condiments, paper towels, cutting board & knife. There is also storage space in the cabinets.

•Bedroom area- queen size bed, USB charging port, air purifier, 2 dresser drawers for extra storage & one drawer with extra blankets.

•Bathroom- shower/tub combo, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, 4 bath towels, a hand towel, 2 washcloths, extra toilet paper & hair dryer.

•Walk-in closet- shelves for storage, hangers, iron & ironing board, set of grill tools, small refrigerator/freezer & microwave.

**IF YOU USE THE HOT TUB PLEASE BE CAREFUL TAKING OFF THE COVER AND MAKE SURE THE COVER IS CLOSED AFTER YOU’RE DONE USING IT (HOT TUB COVER IS NOT MEANT TO BE SAT OR LEANED ON AT ANY TIME). LEAVING THE COVER OFF OVERNIGHT CAN CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE TO THE HOT TUB BECAUSE OF DEBRIS AND COLD TEMPERATURES. THIS IS AN EASY OFF HOT TUB COVER. THE METAL BAR IN THE CENTER IS USED TO LIFT THE COVER OFF. THE COVER SHOULD NEVER BE COMPLETELY REMOVED AND PLACED ON THE GROUND.

Please be considerate of our property and follow the check-in instructions to ensure a seamless check-in and also proper use of the hot tub. We live on the upper level, but there are no interior or exterior amenities that are shared. You will have private access to the interior and exterior spaces along with a separate entrance.

RELAXATION!
Bed was comfortable, shower had nice pressure w/plenty of hot water, Michael was responsive. In the morning, sipping coffee, listening to the water feature and the birds as the sun rose was an amazing way to start our day. Then after chasing a 3 y/o granddaughter all day, the HOT TUB was the perfect way to end the day!

The property is so clean and pretty. For it to be on the back of a house, it was surprisingly very peaceful and quiet. Would stay again.

Great Stay
This was a last minute stay due to a funeral. Owners were amazingly accommodating and the unit is quiet and peaceful. The Koi pond with waterfall was nice to sit around and remember our son.

Great amenities for the price
Beautiful back yard and nice amenities. Great value. Pretty private considering it's part of the owner's house. Footsteps can be heard from above, but it was never a problem for us or at inconsiderate times. Location is very convenient to downtown Acworth. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Cozy romantic getaway
This location was about 1.5 hrs away from ziplining and horseback riding. Went paddling at Ackworth beach about 10 min away. Bed was nice and firm with 3 different blankets to choose from. Every night we used the hot tub it was fabulous and watched the koi fish. I would stay here again.

Comfortable and clean. Did not like all the TV lighting while trying to sleep. Needed more than 1 wash cloth per person for 4 nights. But we should have asked for more overall it was nice. Loved the back yard nature

His property is amazing!
This was our 4th stay at this property and we keep coming back due to the location, the privacy and amazing property! Clean, super cool, nicely decorated. Check in was smooth, and Oh a hot tub outside the door! The backyard is a tropical paradise! You won’t be disappointed! Hoping to use them many more times as I visit my parents in Acworth as I live out of state and need a place to call home for a few days.

Dog friendly and convenient
Essentially the equivalent of a Quality Inn room, but in somebody’s basement. If you’re comfortable with that kind of arrangement, this is a good option for one or two nights. The hot tub is a nice bonus. Parking is limited. Entrance to room is in back of house. The path to the entrance could be a challenge for those with mobility issues.

Great little getaway
Perfect little spot to relax. We loved the backyard & hot tub. Enjoyed watching the birds and the fish. Really impressed with how private it felt outside despite being surrounded by houses (the foliage is quite dense). We've never rented a shared space like this before, so it was a little difficult for us to relax inside, but we knew to expect that so it's not the fault of the listing at all. We did feel bad for the poor kitty that didn't want to be stuck upstairs with the vacuum.

Holiday stay
Nice property but I don’t think it should be advertised as an apartment. We assumed it was some sort of duplex or upper lower level units. A little misleading when it comes to the description, it should be advertised as the lower level of the hosts home. As a traveler from other states it could of been misleading. We were scared to talk and my husband has a deep voice so it can be awkward when your staying in someone’s basement. On the bright side, The property was clean and it gave us the home away from home feel. Check in and check out we’re both seamless. The temperature stayed very warm and cozy. We brought extra blankets and used the multiple heaters next to bed and couch. Great stay

Unaccommodating hosts
The hosts were not accommodating and took advantage. Within minutes of making the booking a VRBO site error was identified and raised to their attention but they refused to work with me and VRBO support to correct it and said I needed to pay double if I wanted to stay at their property. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them.

Private, quiet, and serene place
Everything went very smoothly, and we didn't need to contact the owner for anything. The backyard is glorious, and the bamboo quite impressive. The room was immaculate and just perfect for stopping for the night. The area was extremely quiet which was great because our pup usually is startled by loud noises. (we did not hear any footsteps from upstairs) We like to eat BBQ when we travel and there was a place quite close by. My only suggestion is to add a set of plastic place mats to use for eating on to help keep things clean. The box our food came in was extra messy (oops!) and we just used extra paper towels which were provided by the hosts. If I had thought ahead, I would have brought extra paper towels with me. Thank you to our hosts!

Good Option for Location
We enjoyed our stay at the little suite in Acworth. We found the rock path to get around to the entrance quaint, but wouldn’t work well for anyone with mobility issues. Getting to the path is a bit awkward as you have to navigate down the driveway of the house past large work trucks. The outside space is serene with lots of natural ground cover and a little koi pond and space for a burn pit down by a nearby runoff stream. The little refrigerator and microwave were convenient. The bed is comfortable, but the headboard fits loosely and can rattle against the wall with any movement. The hot water in the shower takes a bit to warmup and the adjustments are tricky. The couch is comfortable, television is nice and the special lighting was fun and unique. The hot tub was very nice and we enjoyed using it a few times, however it is in need of a good cleaning and treatment as there was scum on the sides and the water was murky. This space is good if you need a place in the area and we would recommend it overall.
