"Primera vez que visitamos este hotel mi familia y yo, y para ser de la zona de Chachalacas está increíble, tiene una vista al río Actopan muy bonita, que hace combinación con la alberca y la fachada de las cabañas, muy buena para fotos Instagrameables. Lo único malo es que se escucha lo que hacen y hablan los de las habitaciones de junto, nuestros vecinos tenía la televisión encendida hasta altas horas de la noche lo que no permitía dormir. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien, incluyendo el desayuno...

"Friendly staff, hot water with strong pressure, air conditioning, and comfortable bed and pillows. Should be described as "Colonial" or Victorian" as opposed to "Antique" because it has a very nice feel and comfort to it and not an old, boring one. Located in a perfect location. Will return soon. "It took them 30 minutes to give me a room. Then they gave me a room where there were already people in it and I had to go down to complain and get an empty one. This has never happened to me before. It was a bad experience. I do not recommend it"
