"The apartment is nice and just as pictured, and we had a comfortable stay. What's not clear from the listing is that it isn't in a residential neighborhood but in the middle of a shopping center. That wasn't really a problem for us, but it was a little surprising."

"Everything about the cottage was great! We went to visit salem & it was just a short ride away. Everything we needed was close by. The house itself was so pretty. The host had everything you needed down to snacks & water when we arrived. Even coffee pods were included.( I'm pretty serious about my coffee). "The rental was exactly as described. Beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean and uncluttered. Kitchen had full facilities. Loved the plants! The location was perfect for catching the trains/busses. We were a little hesitant when we got off the highway, thinking we had perhaps put the wrong address in as it did not immediately seem like there were apartments, but drive past the train station and there it was. The host did not leave the wifi username and password in the appartment, so when we contacted her she provided several passwards which did not work, so we did not get internet access until the second day when I called her. "Five of my friends and I went to visit Salem & Boston for a long weekend and we pretty much just needed some place to sleep and shower as we were out and about the entire time and this was great for what we needed. It was close to nearby attractions in Boston and only about 40 minutes to Salem depending on traffic. It was also walking distance to Harvard Square which was nice.
