Ein wunderschönes Objekt mit Aussicht auf Ätna

Hallo, wir waren von dem Haus sehr angetan. Es ist sehr selten, dass man so ein großes Objekt nur für sich hat . Zwei Häuser - eine alte sehr schöne Villa und ein Ferienhaus. Der Garten ist sehr groß und typisch sizilianisch, lädt zur Erholung ein. Der Poll sauber und privat nur für uns. Das war der Highlight. Der Gastgeber Paolo war super. See nett, immer hilfsbereit und hat sich immer um den Pool gekümmert.Also wenn jemand die Catania Gegend besichtigen möchte, ist das eine gute Lage. Überall muss man mit dem Auto sowieso hinkommen. Also eine klare Empfehlung.

Una vacanza da incubo/ a nightmare

Non posso non recensire questa casa, anche solo per rispetto dei futuri vacanzieri. La villa è davvero grande, ma la condizione in cui versa è oltre qualsiasi limite di decenza. Per iniziare, al nostro arrivo, troviamo il proprietario che ci mostra I 3 appartamentini a nostra disposizione e notiamo subito la mancanza di lavatrice, cosa assolutamente omessa nella descrizione dell'alloggio sul sito. Dovendo soggiornare per ben 39 notti, ed essendo una famiglia con 3 bambini, di cui il più piccolo di 7 mesi, chiedo al proprietario di provvedere. Il proprietario pensa bene di comprare una lavatrice da camp, con un cestello della grandezza di una centrifuga da insalata(capienza 2 mutande e 1 maglietta) e senza tubo di carico, cioè di quelle da riempire con la pentola di acqua calda e poi fredda!!! Dal primo giorno sono andata avanti portando I vestiti da lavare alla lavasecco a spese mie, tranne le lenzuola e le asciugamani di cui provvedeva il proprietario. MA QUESTO È SOLO L'INIZIO. Tutti e 3 gli appartamenti vengono da noi trovati molto sporchi, con residui di cibo sotto I mobili ed il frigorifero, polvere ovunque. La tovaglia che copriva il tavolo della cucina , invece, evidentente piena di macchie, buchi e pure zone di muffa alta mezzo centimetro, avrebbe potuto comprare un'altra da 5 euro almeno per decoro e rispetto! La porta delle camere e del bagno superiore non si possono chiudere, ma non intendo serrate a chiave, ma proprio chiudere, quindi siamo stati costretti a usare il bagno a porte aperte... nemmeno nelle favelas. Le prese della casa sono divelte e coi fili di fuori, I cavi Dell'antenna con gli attacchi erosi dalla ruggine quindi la TV non è fruibile. Ma andiamo AL meglio. La casa è invasa dai topi, che sono grossi e aggressivi, soffiano e si lanciano anche da 3 metri di altezza. La casa non è provvista di zanzariere, quindi la notte siamo stati costretti a dormire chiusi con 45 gradi e mancanza di aria condizionata. Il proprietario ha provveduto disseminando la casa di veleno... che ottima soluzione per chi ci abita, soprattutto con bambini dentrp e fuori... dicendo che non può certo spendere migliaia di euro l'anno di derattizzazione... e allora non affittarla! Il cancello di ingresso della casa , la quale è abbastanza isolata, mancando di illuminazione tè luogo di incontro x coppie che lasciano immondizia e preservative una volta terminato.altri, invece, lo usando come gabinetto per defecare. Quindi fazzoletti feci e preservativi

Relax assoluto

Costruzione rustica ma piu' che gradevole. Ottima la posizione per raggiungere facilmente le mete turistiche che caratterizzano la zona.

Hygge og afslapning

En skøn bolig med lækre udearealer. Perfekt til en ferie til afslapning. Ferieboligen ligger fint ift. at tage på turer bl.a. til Etna, Taomina mm. Det er ikke de bedste forhold ift. at komme af med sit skrald. Det skal sættes ude på gaden udenfor huset, men det ser ikke ud til at det bliver hentet. Kort til indkøbsmuligheder, under en kilometer. Vi var glade for at have en bil til turer og indkøb.

Ferienhaus mit Charme

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsene und ein paar Tage mit 5. Platz war genügend. Die 2 Häuser waren sehr schön, nur der sehr große Garten war verwildert. Auch die Bäder könnten eine Renovierung gebrauchen! Es war aber trotzdem sehr schön

Entspannung pur

Wir haben fast zwei Wochen in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Wohnung ist einfach gehalten - aber alles da was man braucht. Paolo ist ein herzlicher Gastgeber und immer sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Die Terassen und der -wenn auch z. T. verwilderte- Garten bieten Ruhe und Entspannung. Die Lage ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge z.B. zum Ätna, nach Taormina oder Syrakus.

Disappointing experience

I am not a person to write reviews often, but this time I feel responsible for other travelers who are thinking to book this place and might expect at least moderate hygiene and living conditions during their vacations. I have been traveling in many countries around the world, but I can assure you I have never been in such run-down and dirty place as we found ourselves here. So what was wrong with the place? There are two buildings - big living house (main house) and summer house, a pool and big garden. It was explained to us as we are family with children (two adults and two children) we were accommodated in a small summer house which has no kitchen inside with an open-air kitchen next to summer house. The main house was locked during our stay, we could use a terrace and big garden next to the main house. We have found a floor around our house and pool so dirty, so we have started our vacation cleaning the floor ourselves. After 2 hours of intensive work to pull off all the dirt and from the floor we could already start our vacation. There was no air conditioner inside the house, and no possibility to open window in one of the sleeping rooms even at night. We have found one functioning ventilator and one semi-functioning, which helped as not much during the nights. The fridge is small and with cracked freezer compartment doors (no doors at all), so whatever we put inside the freezer got only semi- freezed. The pool was not clean - even though the water was clean, there was a lot of sand left down the floor inside the pool. The open air kitchen means you can not leave anything there during a night, as next morning you will find either a lizard in a pot or glass or hundreds of ants marching around...The toilet closet was not hermetic, so we had to put a towel on the floor to have it absorbed..The garden of the villa was even more dirty than the rest of the area, so we couldn't use it. Overall impression of the area - some years ago it was very nice and well preserved holiday villa, but now it is quite a run-down place, which could be an option for those, who like open jungle atmosphere, but not for travelers with children. My sincere advise to the owners of the house - please invest more of your time into the property if you are going to continue this type of business. I know the rent here is relatively cheap in comparison with other properties in Sicily of this type, but some people still expect to live in a clean area.

Je déconseille fortement cette maison. Trop de souris et de rats.

Ce n’est pas dans nos habitudes de mettre des commentaires aussi négatifs mais quand on nous prend 70 euros sur notre caution pour rien, ça ne passe pas. Nous avons passé 8 jours avec un couple d’amis et nous avons eu pleins de désagréments. A notre arrivée la piscine était verte et trouble, nous ne pouvions pas voir le fond. Son épouse s’est excusée et son mari est venu mettre du produit pour la blanchir le soir même et le lendemain il a remué le sable au fond. Mais il n’a rien enlevé. Pas pu se baigner le 1 er soir ni le matin cool. La maison était très négligée, le ménage pas fait et des odeurs de renfermer. Beaucoup de végétations et des rats qui grimpaient sur les murs de la maison du bas et allaient sous la toiture. Inutile de vous dire qu’on avait pas envie qu’ils rentrent dans la maison. On ne pouvait pas aéré. Il y avait aussi des souris dans la maison du haut. On en a retrouvé une sous l’oreiller du petit lit d’ailleurs il a été grignoté. Une autre dans le tiroir du buffet de la salle. c’est d’ailleurs son épouse qui l’a retirée. Je l’ai prise en photo du haut de ma chaise. Dans la salle il y avait une odeur de souris qui vous prend le nez. Paolo nous a donné des graines pour tuer les souris mais on les entendais encore la dernière nuit. La veille de partir les toilettes du bas ont été bouchées et ils nous ont dit que c’était de notre faute car on n’avait laisser tomber 2 diffuseurs de toilette dans les wc. (peut être les précédents locataires mais pas nous). En même temps je lui dis que la pomme de douche se décollait avec la pression de l’eau. Elle m’en a rapporté une neuve sans rien dire. Et 6 jours après ils nous décompte 70 euros pour la réparation des wc, la pomme de douche et d’un lampadaire qu’on a aussi cassé. Que va t’il préparer pour sa défense ? Il va nous le dire !!!!! Nous avons pris pleins de photos de tous ses désagréments. Personnes très malhonnêtes et à déconseiller. En dehors de la maison nous avons aimé la Sicile et nous allons y revenir mais pas chez eux, c’est sûre.

Fantastisch!

Das Ferienhaus war für uns perfekt. Es herrschte eine wirklich private Atmosphäre. Wir fanden die Unterkunft in sehr gut gepflegten Zustand vor. Der Hausbesitzer Paolo Lucchesi und seine Frau waren sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Telefonisch waren sie stets erreichbar und halfen uns bei jeder unserer Anfragen aus. Wir bedanken uns sehr für die schöne Zeit, die uns von beiden ermöglicht wurde. Liebe Grüße Heitham und Asmahan

Schöne Anlage mit sehr netten Vermietern

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage lässt keine Wünsche offen, Blick aufs Meer und den Ätna. Hinter dem Haus ist ein riesiger Garten der zum Verweilen einlädt. Unten der schöne Pool mit genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Paolo und Manuella waren für uns jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns gute Tipps gegeben. Das Haus ist riesig und die große Terrasse oben hat uns jeden morgen als Frühstücksort gedient. Kleine Dinge könnten im Haus noch angeschafft werden (Toaster), aber wir sind sicher dass Paolo und Manuella auch das auf Anfrage regeln würden. Wir können das Huas uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Bella zona con proprietari molto carini Ci siamo sentiti molto bene qui. Il complesso non lascia nulla a desiderare, con vista sul mare e sull'Etna. Dietro la casa c'è un enorme giardino che invita a soffermarsi. Giù la bellissima piscina con sdraio e ombrelloni sufficienti. Paolo e Manuella erano sempre disponibili per noi e ci hanno dato buoni consigli. La casa è enorme e l'ampia terrazza sopra ci ha servito ogni mattina come un posto per la colazione. Piccole cose potrebbero ancora essere acquistate in casa (tostapane), ma siamo sicuri che Paolo e Manuella si accontenterebbero di questo su richiesta. Possiamo consigliare vivamente la casa e ci siamo goduti il nostro soggiorno molto!
