Acitrezza is a small fishing village famous because the writer Giovanni Verga set his masterpiece of the Malavoglia. It is also famous because it faces the Lachea island and its stacks which are a true corner of paradise for lovers of the sea and snorkeling. We suggest not to miss the opportunity of boat trips with fishermen, or long swims around the stacks. Acitrezza also offers a wide choice of restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias.
