"The front desk staff were wonderful. I rented a bike and had a lovely day in Roddingdam. My only issue was that I didn't realize we were next to a metro station. It would have been helpful to have ear plugs at the front desk. Otherwise an excellent place to stay"

I would have liked if the line had been separated in those from a cancelled flight and normal guests. "
