"Wonderful place to stay, great location. Close to everything- shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Clean and tidy unit. Had everything you need to cook your own meals. Comfortable seating outside. Helpful staff. Awesome for cycling in the achterhoek. Definitely recommended."

"We stayed here for 3 nights and would happily stay longer in the future. The park is close to the local town which has a number of restaurants serving fantastic food. We used the snack bar on site and the pizza was excellent even prompting us to return early the following night so we could eat there again. The shop however is very limited. Had we known we would have bought the basics before arriving so we didn't have to unpack and go straight off site again. "

"Temperatures in the unit were unsafely hot, the unit was filled with bugs, the outside was covered in huge spider webs, and there were no screens on the windows or doors. I tried calling the emergency line several times throughout the evening and into the night the first day we got there, as it was not possible for my 3 children, our dog and myself to sleep in that heat. After pleading with the front to please make it right I had to make the call to leave even though I did not want to drive...

"Very nice place with comfortable large cabins and a great location. The unit was very well equipped, it was very clean and much roomier than I expected. Staff was friendly and helpful and the location is remote but also easy to get to local shops for supplies, either by car or bicycle. This time of year is very quiet, but I can imagine in the summer it is quite busy with many families. "

"Hyggelig lille feriepark med lejligheder og små hytter/bungalows. God legeplads og boldbane. Lille fin petting zoo med høns, to grise og to geder. Lejlighed i god størrelse, dog lidt slidt fx vinduer og døre der er lidt besværlige at lukke helt. Lille reception med venligt personale og pandekagehus i samme bygning med god mad til fair pris og selvfølgelig en fin legekælder med arkadespil, legeborg, klatrevæg og airmat. Alt i alt en skøn lille feriepark i en hyggelig by."

"Overall we enjoyed the place. The staff was nice at check-in and check-out. Didn't talk to them. Did notgo to the snack bar / cafe. Did not use the pool as it was was 50F. There is an stove top and refrigerator. There is a really nice trail near by. I didn't know how to turn on the radiator. Fortunately, a friend of mine who visited helped. I didn't know there wouldn't be any bath towels. Fortunately, my daughter's friend lent us some. Had to buy instant coffee. Nespresso machine worked...

"Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in der Residence Lichtenvoorde verbracht. Die Anlage ist ruhig und hat eigentlich alles was man braucht an Infrastruktur. Es ist nur schade, dass der Park nicht groß genug ist für einen Brötchenservice oder ein Restaurant mit Frühstücksangebot. Allerdings war das Besteck bei Ankunft nicht sauber und man sollte die Silikonfugen im Bad mal erneuern. Das ist ein Aufwand von 1-2 Stunden und alle paar Jahre einfach notwendig. "

"Hottub voll mit Haaren und Resten von den Vorgängern. Schreiben uns eine email das wir jederzeit vor 16 Uhr einchecken können und am Ende beschweren die sich das wir zu früh da sind und ich muss extra zahlen um neue Bademantel zu bekommen. Mein Auto stand vor dem haus und trotzdem kommt Personal einfach rein mit einem Ersatzschlüssel ohne zu klopfen. "

"Heerlijk plekje in de Achterhoek! Grote tuin, lekkere hottub, fijne sauna en vooral veel privacy. Lekker om even bij te komen. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! De living is echter wel klein als je er met meer dan 4 personen zou verblijven. Handig om vooraf te weten, is dat er een boiler is. Dit kan lastig zijn als je met meer dan 2 personen bent. De zoon van de eigenaren was erg vriendelijk en enorm behulpzaam."

"The camp is excellent and the accommodation is very well maintained and cleaned. The facilities are sufficient and the area is remote and quiet. The only gripe would be the sleeping arrangements for the Tiny House that we stopped in. The bedroom is only about 3ft high max, with quite a steep access ladder. Other than that, thank you for a memorable experience. "
