The terrace and pool area is shared with another rental of a studio from the same hosts and the corner area in the shade shown in the photos belongs to the studio. "Wonderful stone house with a beautigul garden. You'll find everything you need since house is well equipped. Clean bedclothes and towels. Air conditionnig and wifi working vey well. House and garden gives you shade to rest after a day on the beach. The parking space with a gate on the property. 10-15 minutes walking to the seaside with beaches, shops and restaurants. "We really enjoyed our holiday. The house has everything and it's close to all the bars and restaurants but not too close. The house is clean and has everything you need. Vassilis is a great host and extremely informative about the island. We had one instance when the boat from Skiathos was redirected from Skopelos town to Agnondas and he came to pick us up. We would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"The three of us fully enjoyed our stay here. This is a wonderful genuine Greek home in the heart of a traditional Greek town. Yiannis met us from the ferry and gave many tips and guidance throughout our stay. Mama gave us fruit and a lovely cake. It was like staying with family. The house is fully equipped and very comfortable. The view from the roof was spectacular, watching the ships come and go in the evening. We totally recommend."

"Die Einrichtung wirkt auf den ersten Blick vielleicht kitschig. Aber alles in allem ist "Bird" eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Es ist für eine Ferienwohnung bestens ausgestattet. Es wird täglich der Müll geholt, das Bett gemacht und regelmäßig Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Das Haus ist an einem steilen Hang und darum ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Der Weg zu Fuß ist aus meiner Sicht zu beschwerlich. Der Pool ist phantastisch und die Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang war jeden Morgen phänomenal....

"Lovely Villa. Beautiful views, peaceful and quiet. Host Very helpful and friendly when needed. We stayed 10 days, the cleaners came twice to change sheets and towels etc. and to clean the pool. The cleaners also very nice and friendly. Can’t fault anything. We will definitely be back."
