Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, single garage space n 1. Supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 700 m, bus stop "Achenkirch Zimmerei" 1.1 km, railway station "Jenbach" 18 km, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km, lake Achensee 2.3 km. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: large living room with sloping ceilings with TV (flat screen). Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking, garage. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. In the house is also a large table where is enough room for game nights and dinners for several people in a friendly atmosphere. One can also watch TV comfortably in the living room under the roof. Or if you want to get out, small individual rooms also allow the watch. All those seeking a quiet but friendly atmosphere, will love this place.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Sehr schöne, super ausgestattete, geräumige Ferienwohnung. Gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Spaziergänge, aber auch der Skilift ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Es ist ein schönes, gut gelegenes Haus. Zum Skilift nicht weit. Sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend, Schränke leider zu voll gepackt mit Hausrat und Wäsche vorm Vermieter. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht überall , aber es wurde umgehend behoben. Die Etagenbetten sind für Erwachsene nicht zu empfehlen. Küche gute ausgestattet. Sauberkeit ein Punktabzug, da viele Haare auf Teppichboden und Bettwäsche (Hunde)??

Sehr gut !
wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem sehr gemütlich eingerichteten Haus ,wo wir uns auf 3 Etagen geräumig aufhalten konnten, auch die perfekt eingerichtete Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen, das Skigebiet liegt direkt um die Ecke und das Haus ganz ruhig gelegen ,so dass es ein sehr entspannter Urlaub war!

Wie zu Hause...
Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung über 3 Etagen. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Bis auf eine Mikrowelle ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Selbst Spiele für die Kinder sind ausreichend vorhanden. Richtig toll!

Geweldige ligging en uitrusting
Het huisje is geweldig en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De ligging is heel centraal waardoor alles heel goed te bereiken is. Dit kan te voet, met de auto of het openbaar vervoer. Wandelroutes in overvloed, dus komen zeker nog eens terug. Achensee is te voet te bereiken. Wij waren verrast door de omgeving. Van alles te doen voor jong en oud. Supermarkten en restaurants zijn er voldoende en dichtbij. Een aanrader! Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

Tolles Haus, super Ausstattung, zum wohlfühlen
Das Haus ist super. Unsere Kinder waren absolut begeistert und wir auch. Alles sauber, alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt...Geschirrspültabs, Waschpulver, Wäschetrockner, Gewürze, Liegestühle, Spielzeug etc. Die Aussicht ist auch der Wahnsinn und man kann direkt von dort aus in die Berge zum wandern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung in Top-Lage
Diese Ferienwohnung ist - ohne Übertreibung - ein echter Volltreffer. Super ausgestattet, modern, geräumig und familientauglich. Küche & Bad sind hochwertig eingerichtet und das Wohnzimmer im obersten Geschoß ist gemütlich und geräumig. Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieterin war reibungslos. Wir haben Ende Februar eine Woche zu sechst (vier Kinder, zwei Erwachsene) in der Fewo in Achenkirch verbracht und waren wirklich rundum begeistert. Bis zum Lift (Christlum Talstation) fährt man 3 Min mit dem Auto, auch die Loipe ist fußläufig erreichbar. Supermarkt, Arzt, Apotheke, alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Diese Fewo ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

de woning: met 6/7 personen prima in te verblijven; zeer compleet ingericht, prima bedden, moderne badkamers, fijne douches, genoeg opbergruimtes, goed geoutilleerde keuken, gezellige woonkamer; de ligging: op loopafstand van ski-lift, goed te doen op wandel- of snowboardschoenen (laatste stukje naar woning stijl); skispullen in lockers bij skilift; boodschappen halen, restaurants met auto; overall: als we weer naar Achenkirch gaan huren wij dit huis opnieuw

Traumurlaub / Wunderschöne Gegend / Tolles Haus
Das Haus liegt nicht direkt am See, aber in einer schönen und ruhigen Lage. Wir waren dort mit drei Kindern und hatten reichlich Platz. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und gepflegt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Uns ist die Abreise sehr schwer gefallen und wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Ich habe selten so eine schöne Landschaft genießen können. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten (Andreas, Ute und Kinder)
