"When we arrived the room we reserved was inaccessible and then we were moved to a room not compatible with our group size. The entire villa was freezing, such that we could see our breath when we breathed. There were lights out and the fridge smelled rancid. The bathrooms were dirty and there were derogatory political stickers on the door. "

"This house was AMAZING! The online pictures do not do it justice. It is comfortable and wonderfully located. The owners were very friendly and gave several suggestions for food, drink, and entertainment nearby. If we ever return to Vienna, I will definitely look into this property again. P.s. their tv does not switch to English (we tried to screen mirror and I’m sorry to the owners if we messed it up)"

"Fantastische Gastgeber , tolles Objekt mit Whirlpool und einzigartigem Ausblick . Objekt ist sehr gut ausgestattet , super für Familien . Wiener Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und in 3 Minuten erreicht man die Sommerrodelbahn. Ferienobjekt ist sehr zu empfehlen."

"Very good location and staff were always smiling and welcoming. With a young child it would have been helpful to have cleaning slightly more regularly or a brush provided for sweeping as crumbs quickly gathered around the table. One thing which is out of the hotel’s hands but we did notice is that very often coming in and out of the lobby there were people directly outside the door smoking which was not ideal. Overall very pleasant and easy staff, would recommend for short breaks to Vienna"

Great Location and Great Hotel

"Usually a bit wary of theme hotels but the Mooon is great, stylish, and very comfortable. Staff are very frienly and helpful. Excellent location very near the main station, and 30 mins walk into the centre of town. Very near the Belvedere. The D Tram gets you into and out of town in 15 minutes max."
