The room met our needs and was satisfactory overall. However, we were very dissatisfied with the communication and support when our room passcode expired at midnight. No staff were available on the property to assist, and it took about 7 hours—from 4 AM to 11 AM—for the issue to be resolved. During this time, we had to sleep in the hallway, lobby, and eventually a room on the 3rd floor. Additionally, the lack of WiFi access outside the rooms was inconvenient. Despite these issues, the room itself was fine.
