A Uniquely built, charming mini lighthouse, designed and built by Jenny.
The building stands in its own private garden, basic amenities, with a roof terrace looking onto the ocean, a double bedroom and living room approx 15 foot diameter, and kettle, Aircon, fan, fridge in the living room. On the ground floor the bathroom leads off from the living room. Outside a veranda with access to the basic kitchen facilities.
In the kitchen is a gas ring and double sink drainer. Electricity and gas are extra, though the meter will have about 30 cedis on arrival and an initial amount of gas in the bottle.
The electricity is charged using the ECG phone app. Daniel the caretaker can help purchasing more gas and electricity. .
There are power cuts in Ghana, referred to as 'light off'.
The mains water supply can be erratic and I do purchase water for the tank sometimes. There is water scarcity sometimes because of the mains, ecomony of usage is recommended.
