A horror film
The worst hotel I have ever stayed! Old, rusty, smelly and there was a spring out of the mattress that hurt my leg! No way to use their old and nasty towels, I bought towels at the supermarket for my whole family. The swimming pool was so dirty that we avoided it! Noisy, smelly and rusty air conditioning. Please consider to take this hotel out of hotel.com

STAY FAR AWAY!!!
Worst experience with a hotel ever, STAY AWAY!!! Room was disgusting! Bed was dirty, floor had sand everywhere, bathroom was falling apart and looked like it was from the 60’s, curtains were ripped and falling down, and to top it all off the room smelled like something died in it! We ended up checking out immediately after seeing the room and checking into Fiesta Americana down the street. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel, after hearing about our experience the upgraded us for FREE to a King Suite room!

The hotel was overall in terrible conditions. The rooms were torn down! The AC was leaking creating puddles and all they did was bring a towel. The bathroom shower was holding on for dear life. We got the room with a balcony, but it was so sketchy I was scared the balcony was gonna fall at any second. I couldn’t even bring coolers or hot food into the hotel and they had no fridge. Over all I was cursing myself for not looking more Into the hotel before booking. Don’t make the same mistake I did!!!

Desafortunadamente no fue lo que esperaba sobre todo el servicio fue pésimo no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación el control de la tele no servía lo reporte y me dieron el mismo a el hotel le hace falta mucho mantenimiento en general y una atención debidamente a lo que requiere un huésped.

La ubicación es maravillosa, la alberca está increíble y el acceso a la playa y la atención de las personas muy bien, lo único fue que al llegar encontré la habitación súper sucia y con una cucaracha, pedí que me la cambiarían y no quisieron, lo único que me pudieron hacer fue aseo y fumigar, que no si este último se hizo. Y le hace falta muchísimo mantenimiento al edificio en general cuartos, elevadores, pasillos y baños todo lo demás, muy tranquilo.

Mal, desde el momento de llegada lo primero que quieres llegar es relajarte cosa que no se puede por que no tienes acceso a la habitación hasta las 4 y una vez entrando a la habitación te das cuenta que tanto el piso como las sábanas están sucias Por lo tanto tienes que esperar más decides salir a comer algo pides tu auto al valet y te das cuenta que tienes una plaga de hormigas te quejas con valet y te dicen que con ellos no procede vas a administración y nadie hace nada, al final tú terminas limpiando tu carro y comprando plaguicidas por que es una cosa espantosa y ellos solo mirando como limpias.

La clasificación del hotel no es la correcta Un hotel viejo con muchas deficiencias, toallas rotas y muy usadas, almohadas muy pequeñas, el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido y no deja dormir Al llegar a la habitación encontramos cucarachas muertas La red de internet no funcionó durante toda mi estancia y la televisión de un tamaño muy pequeño para la habitación. Las llaves de la regadera oxidadas al igual que las coladeras Solo un elevador funcionó y tenías que esperar al menos tres descensos para subir en el Muy caro para lo que ofrecen
