The place was run down, sheets were ripped and dirty. Air conditioning didn’t work, I had to pay cash because they did not except credit. We booked in and we stayed for less than two hours and trying to cancel multiple times with apparently Expedia, but expedient wasn’t able to help us at all. We lost all of our money for six days.we felt we were scammed by the hotel because they would not answer the phone for Expedia, and Expedia wouldn’t help us get a refund at all because it said management wouldn’t answer the phone ,not my fault at all. I would recommend that nobody goes to this dive of a hotel. Totally unsafe, filthy and disgusting. No customer service no security nothing but a big disappointment in Expedia for not doing anything about this.
