I learned the day I arrived at the airport the elevator was not working and the unit is on the 11th floor. After speaking to people in the building and the front desk, the owner was aware of the elevator not working for over two weeks and failed to let us know. Parking is on the 5th. But, the unit did not come with the gate key so we had to contact and wait for the lobby to open and lock the gate. The unit has two air-conditioning units which look like they have not been operated in a very long time. They work with remotes and they were not given to us. There was no hot water, the gas was not hooked up to the stove or to the water supply. The dish washer does not function. The television only has five channels not satellite as stated, the fan in the master bedroom does not work nor did it get repaired during our stay. Both bathrooms are in bad shape. One is missing a toilet seat and the other only has half a toilet seat (it is broken in half) the furniture is old and has tears, holes and patchwork on them. The seats on the patio/balcony furniture are torn apart with the Styrofoam exposed. The curtains have holes in them and are not hung properly. There are cable wires everywhere hooked up to nothing. The lamps do not work properly or are broke. The bedframes and vanities in the bathroom are eaten up by termites. The cabinets are busted apart. The unit looks more like a over partied frat house than a vacation rental. The only three things the unit has going for it and described accurately were the refrigerator works well, the price was good and the view is spectacular. BUT LET THE RENTER BE AWARE!!!!!! and according to the lobby staff the elevator will not be working until the end of February at the earliest.
