"I booked this property for the 2024 F1 race in Baku. Zero communication from the property owner. I reached out to try and get instructions for access to the property and heard nothing from them so I reached out to VRBO. After numerous attempts by me and VRBO to contact the owner he finally answered his phone and said hi unit wasn’t available for the weekend. To say this let me stranded is an overstatement. "Expedia and VRBO kept bouncing me back between their respective support teams. The host never responded and never sent in any instructions. They tried contacting them but no response. After multiple hours with VRBO and Expedia support - I got booked at a place half hour away. Such a terrible experience. Don't book VRBO properties via Expedia app. The reservation would not load on the VRBO app. You have to deal with two separate support teams that don't talk to each other. "
