"The hotel staff was really friendly and nice with us! The food was good, for the amount of tourist they were always keeping it as clean as possible, you do notice that the hotel has already few years and the facilities requires a bit more of love, but it is very nice for family with small kids! Also considering the time I would not recommend going in August as it shares the pool with the other hotel nearby Playa Linda and it can be challenging finding a sun bed!!! "

"Lovely hotel and area. Stayed as a family of 4, the employees throughout the hotel were lovely. The food at the buffet was good quality. Kids loved both the main and splash pool. They had an awesome Halloween display throughout the foyer, restaurant and one down the corridor which was lovely."

"We liked the freshness and cleanliness of the property. Need a kettle in the kitchen. Didn't like the box telling us we HAD to clean our kitchen in departure. We didn't like the pressure the reception staff were put under when checking in and out guests. Ridiculous to expect 2 people or even one on check out to do all the paperwork, it should be automated like Premier Inn. People were getting annoyed and rude which could be avoided.
