"We stayed here after a Kansas State football game because there was nothing else available. The negatives: the motel is extremely outdated, there are trains traveling through close by in the middle of the night, the bedspread had cigarette burns in it, no shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer, no hand towels, the ceiling light fixtures were disgusting, hardly any electrical outlets. The positives: no bed bugs, the bathroom and floors overall were clean, shower water was hot."

"Check in was super easy. Made sure I was in a downstairs room so I could see my bike. Super friendly staff. Recommended me to an amazing burger joint. I was exhausted from a long day of riding. Took a nice shower and passed out in bed. Slept great. AC was nice and cold. Checkout was a breeze. "

"It was great to bring our dog but hard to manage the mud in the yard. Even getting from the car to the house would have been cleaner if the sidewalk was scraped off. We enjoyed walking to shopping, museums, and donuts. We would have been glad for check out instructions. We took out the trash and tidied up, but glad to do more to make things easy on the host if we know what is wanted. It was a good stay but not overly welcoming or communicative. "

"It looked like a fun place to stay for a few days while we celebrated our anniversary and visited the Eisenhower Presidential library and it was more that and more. A very clever renovation, with great touches here and there made it fun and relaxing. The bed was comfy and the living areas were well defined.Highly recommend"
