Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
When we checked in, the room we were assigned didn't have any bath towels or toilet paper, a note was written on the notepad, and the bedding was stained so it wasn't clear whether the room had been cleaned. We requested a different room, and the bedding in that room was also stained and worn. The man who checked us in said it is all like that/it needs to be replaced, so we just took the room since it did have towels and toilet paper. When we went out later, we found that the door didn't lock right away/we had to shut it multiple times to get it to lock.
Also, the carpet and sofa chair were stained. Overall, the room and especially the bedding was subpar and not at all worth what we paid. When we asked for new towels in the morning, the desk staff required that we return the dirty ones to them as if were stealing their thin towels. The lobby and eating area, however, were clean and the location is good. Because of the state of the room and especially the bedding, we would not stay here again.
