The hotel is average at best. I asked to move out of the initial room it was in rough shape. The couch cushion was torn open and the bottom part of the bed was stained. They said breakfast would be good and then the ovens weren't working so it wasn't available. I will say the people who work there are fantastic. Both ladies at the front desk were wonderful.

I was charged a parking up charge of $5.54 which I didn’t understand as parking is free I thought unless it was the elevator being down as someone was stuck Friday night in it and fire department was called. No joke

I chose this due to the Residence Inn brand and the reviews. It was well below average for a residence Inn. The property was worn and the suites were not suites. Justva single room with a stove and fridge.
