I stayed at Les Stanislas on May 3, 2024 and could’ve extended it but the room wasn’t properly cleaned and the price charged wasn’t worth the services provided.
I gave it an overall 3-star because they provided a decent breakfast. Our room was dirty with dust all over the bed and side lamps and cabinets. There were also stains in the bedsheets, but I cleaned them with some wet sanitizing wipes I had and had covered it with There was also a dead cockroach in the bathroom, but was quickly taken care of by the staff. The staff were also helpful with their service, but gave them 3-stars because they left our breakfast in the rain outside the pool with our fruit juices uncovered with flies all over them while we were still getting ready for our breakfast.
The toilet flush properly but we found a quick fix by holding both knobs while flushing. This seemed to have worked the entire time.
There are more better hotels with better facilities and services in the same area where Les Stanislas resides, so I advice to shop around before settling with this as the price being charged isn’t worth the services offered. Management should re-strategize and have it more cleaned and offer more training to their staff. It can be more serene if they improve their services as they have a quieter hotel and nice pool. Probably because there were just a handful of guests.
I will not be staying here again anytime am in Abidjan until I read a good review and experience a much improved service again.
