This large, spacious converted barn provides the perfect base for exploring the sandy beach, bars, restaurants and much more that Aberystwyth has to offer, with a bus stop conveniently placed at the end of the access lane to the property. There is parking for 4 cars via the driveway and garden areas featuring; outdoor furniture, coal BBQ, hot tub and a bar.

Entertainment : Smart TV and WiFi
For families : Travel cot, highchair, stairgate and equipment storage outside
Outside : Large patio area with combination of patio and stone chippings, a garden bar and bar stools and table, large outside table with parasol which seats 8, a range of comfortable lounge chairs, a lockable garden store, steps lead up to a good size enclosed lawn area with a large hot tub also in the garden. Traditional coal BBQ, initial supply of coal provided. Additional supply can be purchased nearby.
