"We were pleasantly surprised by the location, next to a river and bridge. The hotel is well appointed with a welcoming staff. We had a front facing twin room which was spotlessly clean with a good selection of drinks and toiletries and comfortable. What really impressed us both was the staff member making sure to let them know if there was anything else we needed and specially John, the owner, coming over during our dinner, introducing himself and again making sure we were happy with everything. That is first class customer service!"

"Just a one night stay to visit Mt Snowdon, well pleased with the hotel. This is obviously a Coaching Hotel catering for large groups. We were not part of any group, just an individual booking and were treated with a seperate dining room that served up excellent food, brilliant. The young lady on reception was very courteous and allowed us to leave our car in the car park while we visited Mt Snowdon.All round excellence."
