Sad to leave!!
What a beautiful home! My family and I were looking for somewhere special for our Scotland stay... and we found it! The home had everything that you could need, including games for kids to play! We were close enough to Edinbugh and Glasgow for day trips but also had fun eating in Aberfeldy..and trying some whisky of course! Visiting Dalwhinnie Distillery and driving throughout the Highlands was surreal... but returning to what our kids called "our new home" was so relaxing and something we all looked forward to!

Not as good as first impression
Looked good on entering but numerous problems arose. Couldn’t get oven to work as power switched off had to climb on a chair to switch on, very dangerous.Fire exit door extremely difficult to open potentially life threatening. No kindling or dry wood to heat the hot tub which meant fire kept going out making it unusable. Bed in third bedroom collapsed meaning my daughter had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. Hinge off of the wardrobe door in same bedroom. Only one hairdryer for three women. Mould on ceiling in second bedroom. Problems with patio door in main bedroom. Couldn’t get fan in en-suite to switch off or heated towel rail to turn on. No cleaning materials in the kitchen to wash dishes. Couldn’t access BBC,STV, Channel 4 etc. sent an email to manager with no response. Phone reception extremely bad so took several attempts to speak with them regarding the fire door (which they were aware of) and switching on the oven ( which we managed to solve ourselves before they got back to us) no response regarding other issues.
