"All the staff serving were very friendly, welcoming and professional. The cleanliness was of the highest quality. The breakfast was very delicious and freshly prepared. The pool was clean and safe. The massage and spa services were excellent. Th security was paramount. Visit Panorama park and experience it for yourself."

"The beds were great for sleeping, location and very quite. Nice hot water for showering. The restaurant food was great being vegetarian however, i feel there needs to be more ventilation as we could smell the non veg food while eating at the restaurant. Its not common to have the meaty smell all round the restaurant seating area. But overall great hotel"

"We had a wonderful and enjoyable two-night stay at Sopa Resort. The grounds are beautifully populated with calm zebras, waterbucks, and giraffes, which makes them easy to photograph. "Gorgeous property!!! Right by the river, quiet, serene and beautifully landscaped. The room was a little dated, the shower took a while to figure out and the beds were quite firm. The service was very friendly but a little slow. But overall we had a great stay."

"What a great place! A lot of historic charm and wildlife on the grounds - the staff were amazingly kind and gracious. Reception team was warm and welcoming. Excellent hot showers. In passing conversation, my husband mentioned that the Lake Naivasha Country club was where he proposed to me 25 years ago. The operations manager Danep somehow noted this and a few hours later at dinner arranged to have a beautiful cake made that said "marry me again". It was such a thoughtful touch! We will definitely be back!"
