"We had an excellent stay was amazing. We loved the front room with the fire place to relax after a long walk. One thing to remember if having a dinner there, the chef does a limited menu and sources local so if you are not an adventures eater there are few choices. But the food was delicious. "

"I was pleasantly surprised on arrival at The Inch Hotel. The manager who checked us in was really friendly and helpful, he gave us lots of information on the local area and recommended places for us to visit and the best way to get there. Our room was possibly in the furthest part of the hotel and i couldn't get any wifi there but the size of the room, the bed and the overall cozyness made up for it. The en suite bathroom was a bit of a hazard, the light switch hit you in the face if you forgot it catches on the door and don't move quick enough, the shower was over the bath and without a none slip bath mat both me and my partner had a close calling getting out of the shower and both nearly slipped. We ate both breakfast and an evening meal here and both were excellent. All the staff were super friendly and helpfull. The bar area was cozy and there is a seprate room to relax in with comfy chairs and great views. There are loads of excellent prints/photos all around the hotel of wildlife and scenery, i would of bought some if they were for sale. I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. "

"My wife, and I are on holiday with the in-laws who have never been to the UK. We flew into Inverness and drove the pleasant drive to Fort Augustus. We drove onto the property a little early, but thought to just grab a bit to eat at the Boat House until the timing was just right. We were greeted by Marty. After ringing to find reception. (The signs didn’t clearly indicate to -keep going- back toward reception, they were also difficult to read for someone that needs a bit stronger contrast in type face). The property was amazing! We loved our apartment and just how equipped it was. Fully prepared for carry-in food prep. It was just the respite we needed. We loved being able to do a load of laundry, while also exploring the property! We were in the Abbey. My MIL had jokingly said “awww can we stay just one more night please please please?!” lol. I think it would be a nice touch to have a parking chart, two people in our party have pretty bad knees. And back by reception seemed congested. But overall it was still worth the extra steps! I definitely should have booked another night at The Highland Club. It is a great location for Loch Ness, we did a nice drive to Isle of Skye and the Fairy Pools. We also did a photoshoot on the property and my little nerd heart was in a wizarding haven. "

"The Lock Ness Guest House check-in was “contact free,” with us given a code to get in the front door, and then once in picking up our key for the room assigned. However we arrived early, and wanted to store our luggage somewhere other than the car, as we were going somewhere else until actual check-in. We then had a very positive interaction with one of the staff, who came out to greet us, and agreed to let us leave our bags there in the common area, inside the locked/coded door. This gave us a sense of security and comfort. While they did not have an accessible room, they did place us on the first floor, and with a room that gave us enough room to move around in, including a comfortably sized bathroom that worked well enough for our needs (some mobility issues, using either a cane or a walker, depending on the circumstances). While the halls going to/from the common area had a couple of tight turns, with doors, they were flat enough, and opened easily enough, to not be an issue. The common room itself, where the guests had breakfast, was generously open and easy to move around in. Our room was solid, basic comfort, which was all we needed. While there was enough parking for all the guests, the designated handicapped parking space was on patch of river rocks, which made actually walking on difficult. While I would NOT recommend the Loch Ness Guest House to any one requiring a wheelchair, it did work well enough for us with a walker/cane."
