"This was definitely out of our comfort zone at first…then we loved it. You are quite close to a bustling area, but it feels incredibly private as well. You can walk straight out into the Jordaan district, but it’s quiet at night like you are in the county. We say in the wheelhouse drinking wine and watching the world go by. There’s loads of room and everything you need. A great and pretty unique experience. "

"What a treat to stay on this houseboat on the canal. The early mornings and evenings were especially calm and peaceful. It was definitely a great way to experience Amsterdam. "Casper is a helpful host/owner. He had a great list of recommendations and showed us around the property when we arrived. The studio was nice and a great location to the train station. With a Vrbo, I expect to rent the whole place, just be aware that you’ll have a neighbor that you share a front door with and that the owner has an adjoining door they stays locked.
