"I am coeliac so required gluten free options for breakfast. A member of staff showed me what I could have and seemed to understand cross contamination. He made gf toast for me each morning and there was enough choice for cooked breakfast, fruit, yoghurts etc. No cereal but maybe if I’d asked... The outside of the building, seen through bedroom windows, was badly flaking and in need of update. Inside was fine - especially liked the heated bathroom floor."

"Delivered on their promise of clean, basic accommodation within walking distance of the west end. Those expecting caviar dreams on a hotdog budget are out of luck. Good choice for a 2 (maybe) 3 nite stay close to the action. I felt comfortable and safe there my entire stay"

"Reasonable value for London but didn't feel as chrietmasy as it could. There was no big Christmas tree in the lobby just a small one in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful and location is good near embankment and museums."

"Nice but small rooms, new and fresh bathroom. I had a single city view room which was great, nothing to complain about. Location is extremely central, with most top tourist attractions within walking distance from the hotel. Good value if you want prime central London location. The hotel is in the immediate proximity of Victoria Bus & National Rail terminal, but room was still very quiet and it was in no way a nuisance."

"Rooms have been decorated nicely since I last stayed a couple of things to complain one of my suitcases was opened in room nothing taken but someone opened it and check in time loads of people waiting to check in and only one person behind reception it’s a very busy hotel something wrong somewhere I had to complain and two more people came out "

"Check-in was efficient and welcoming. George was on reception and a really lovely guy, polite and courteous. Our room was a small twin room on the 3rd floor (there was a lift). Compact bathroom with shower and toilet. Kettle, hair dryer provided with sachets of tea and coffee. Flat screen TV with Freeview. Simple, clean, compact room, perfect to use as a base. 5 minute walk to Kings Cross and lovely pubs minutes away. Camden Market is a 35min walk. Will definitely stay again when back in London....

"Enjoyable albeit brief stay, good leisure facilities, only complaint would be that after forgetting to pick up my phone charger and cable on check out it's not been passed to lost and found by the room staff."
