"The place looks appealing and neat looking. The beer and the food is good. Staff are friendly enough, but thats where it ends. Looks like they cheaped out on the rooms. No TV, no radio, no phone, no clock. Nothing in the room but the bare minimum of furniture. Some people may like that rustic type of stay, which includes no hot water. "Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Haus ist gerämig und bietet ausreichend Platz für 2 Familien. und hat ausreichend Schlafzimmer. Auf jeder Etage befindet sich ein Badezimmer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Ofen, Herd, Wasserkocher, Kaffeekapselmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach). "Property was in a great location for us. Near family that we were visiting and had a great place for the kids to play in Alfeld (7 Berge Bad). Listing wasn’t quite clear that the rooms were on the second and third floors, but the third floor can be closed off to keep little ones contained. Overall was a good place to stay - the third floor suite appeared to have been recently updated, while the second floor had not."

"Very average facility at a very high cost. Food availability is limited and transport links are even less so overall not a great option unless you’re looking for a place to stay for a weekend. Rooms are not very comfortable, noisy you can hear snoring from next door, bathroom is too small and not well laid out for any comfort. Beautiful surroundings but that’s about it. Bedding is ok, no air conditioning only heating by radiator, parking is easy in open, and seemed enough space, WiFi doesn’t reach well to the rooms because it probably comes from the same hub as the reception which is in a separate building. Oh and you must leave a note on the door if you want the room cleaned, otherwise it will not be cleaned. "
