"The front desk/concierge is excellent with arranging tours and shuttle service. They try their best to accommodate any request and finds solution for whatever problem you may have. They aim to please and a source for tips and local information. Everything is walkable from this location. I can find cheaper alternatives but you get what you pay for. No disappointment here so why risk your vacation. "

"The views from our Pyramid Suite and from the common areas (pool and restaurant) were breathtaking. The staff was exceptional, attentive to our needs, and accommodating. Although the property is not within walking distance to town, transport was seamless. We arranged our island hopping tour through the resort and it was great! My kids had the best time and we’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to those looking to stay in a more serene and tranquil property. "

"Wow! Wow! Wow! Where do I begin? I can't put into words how attentive to detail these hosts are. Don't book things beforehand (like I did), and leave it Noud, Jennifer, and Mimi. They will take care of everything. Laundry = drop it off and it's done when you come back folded up. Wet clothing= they'll dry it. Towels= available and free if they book Tour A, B, C, or D. Breakfast is awesome and hearty. Unlimited coffee and Milo (like Nesquik mix). I spiced it up and mix coffee and Milo = Milofee. In room massages 💆‍♂️ 💆‍♀️ Made us melt (they used a neighboring room empty) into sleeping. Wifi is the best in El Nido at 200mb/s steady. It's like having family in El Nido. SUPPORT your small family businesses and stay here. If you need more then they offer filtered water 24/7 with unlimited Milo! Hot water and very well cleaned room. Give Mimi a raise!"

"My girlfriend was having a family reunion and they rented multiple Villas. Mimi, Abby and Pao and all the staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped them with the island tour as well. We had transportation needs to and from and they helped to coordinate it all. The Villas were stunning and Janet and her family were all so impressed. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation or getaway. Thank you! 🙏 "

"This place was amazing! Its located in a quieter part of the area, but only 5 minutes from El Nido Town. The breakfast was outstanding and the service was phenomenal. They allowed us a late check out which gave us a bonus day in El Nido. They also were very helpful arranging our tours. This is truly one of the best accommodations our family has had anywhere. The beds were all super comfortable I strongly endorse them!"
