SPA & RELAX! Abano Terme Casa Nespolo x6

Pretty two-storey house ideal for 6 guests, equipped with every comfort and a large private garden, it is located in the center of the fabulous spa town of Abano Terme, one of the most famous spa resorts in Europe. Thanks to its enormous receptive potential, which is based on a considerable number of facilities equipped for spa treatments, it can boast the primacy of the world's largest spa town!
Internally the house consists of:
LIVING ROOM: with relax corner, double sofa bed, Smart TV and a pellet stove (working).
KITCHEN: habitable with the dining area, equipped with refrigerator, stove, traditional oven, dishwasher, mini-coffee maker, American coffee machine and kitchen utensils
ROOM: with double bed and large wardrobe
SECOND ROOM: with double bed, wardrobe and a folding bed (available on request)
2 BATHROOMS: one with a bath / shower, bidet and hairdryer and the other with a shower but no bidet.
GARDEN: large private garden with outdoor dining area and swing
Our guests will also have access to WiFi, air conditioning (1 split in the sleeping area), fans, baby cot, high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, independent heating, free street parking

Guest Access

The house is at the complete disposal of our guests and there are no common areas.

Other things to highlight

PLEASE NOTE:
- All guests' identity documents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law.

Upon your arrival you will be required to pay the tourist tax of € 1.5 per person per night, for the first 7 nights only, as requested by the municipality of Abano Terme.

- For check-ins after the scheduled times the following supplements are required:
* after 9.30 pm and until 11 pm a supplement of 25 euros is required
* after 11pm and until midnight a supplement of 30 euros is required
* after midnight and up to 1 there is a supplement of 40 euros
