"This was our second time staying at this hotel. Once on the way down from France to Portugal and once on the way back.. It is a large, well appointed hotel. The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was clean and well appointed with a little balcony to look out over the car park, the road and the retail units beyond. Good double glazing as the room was very quiet. We had a light breakfast in the cafeteria which is a part of the hotel, which was extra to our room price, but very reasonably...

"This is a lovely hotel with exceptionally helpful staff . My wife is a vegan , and after we expressed an interest in dining in the hotel restaurant , the staff in reception arranged for the chef to speak to us and they provided a delicious vegan option . My non - veggie food was excellent , as was the wine which accompanied our meal .Great location a couple of mins from the Plaza Mayor .
