"1. We could never access the management company. 2. Neither could Verbo. 3. We paid for sheets and towels that didn’t arrive till we had been there two days 4.The door to the pool leaked chlorine filled air to the lower floors had to keep their windows open 5. The coffee makers did not work well. 6. We liked the pool, sauna, and hot tub. 7. The person who checked on it was nice. 8 loved the area and location . 4"

"I am very disappointed. In live everything looked different than in the ad. There were even nails sticking out of the ground on the balcony. it wasn't clean The trampoline and swing toys were dangerous and the grounds were not maintained I haven't paid for the electricity and I'm going to court internet didn't work we were disappointed!"

"Der Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus war der Horror. Das Haus verdreckt , wir fanden als erstes Reste vom Vormieter im Kühlschrank. Der Holzboden war im Wohnbereich kaputt ( Verletzungsgefahr ) an den Fliesen am Kamin standen große Schrauben raus. Im Bad und Wohnzimmer sämtliche Krabbeltiere unterwegs. Betten voller Urin und Blutflecken. Ich konnte so weiter machen mit meinen Aufzählungen, das würde aber den Rahmen sprengen. Fotos davon gibt es genügend von uns. Das schlimme ist Novasol. Kein...

"Wir konnten eine Woche in dem eigentlich wunderschönen Haus mit dem Ausblick aufs Meer verbringen. Allerdings war bei der Ankunft das Haus gar nicht vernünftig gereinigt. Kurz nach unserer Ankunft kam die Chefin der Putzkollone der wir das dann mitteilten. Sie bat uns 30 Minuten zu warten und sie würde alles nochmal reinigen. "Had the indignity of sleeping on soiled mattresses. My previous experience of Novasol customer service following cancellations of my original booking was extremely negative. Hence no point in contacting Novasol about the problem. I have the same opinion about Vbro so won't be using your services again. Bye bye"

"Gemütliches Haus, mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, alleinlage (zwar direkt an der Straße, die aber nicht sehr befahren ist), die Kläranlage in direkter Nachbarschaft hat nicht gestört, grosser Garten aber nicht komplett umzäunt, Betten nicht durchgelegen, allerdings waren wir bei Ankunft etwas enttäuscht, weil das schöne alte blaue Doppelbett getauscht wurde. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum einkaufen und 20 Minuten mit dem Auto bis Aarhus! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gerne nochmal...
