"This property was lovely. We booked it as a last minute ‘we need a room tonight’, and it accommodated us well. They are clearly going thru renovations- we were looking for a yellow building and it is now dark green. Our room was large but a bit outdated. The air conditioning was wonderful! It is advertised as with a pool, but what they had was not what we would consider a pool (it was more the size of a hot tub or so). "This used to be my goto place in Aalen, but in the last year or so, its gone way downhill. The people have become much less friendly, and are actually rude; and the place is getting run down - you can see it in the paint on the walls, stains on the carpet, etc. Breakfast is nothing special at all. Really disappointing. "
